The location was perfect for Punta Arenas, right next to the main square, shops, bus station, and many restaurants. the room was new-fashioned and had an updated bathroom and Wifi. the rooftop restaurant served excellent dishes.

fantastic location in the centre of town, knowledgeable staff, everything was nice. i was offered a room with spectacular views of the town. location: the hotel was adjacent to the waterfront. local fast food option lomito's was 10 minutes walk away.

The breakfast was above average and good, they served it at the dining room. The room itself was brand-new, wonderful and had the things we needed. The staff were efficient, the location was great. There was a reasonably priced restaurant, shopping streets and a market next door.

I had a neat, new-fashioned room with a spectacular view and a comfortable bed, plus Wifi. the nice location close to a bus stop was just what I needed. - It was very close to Punta Arenas downtown.

Appalling noise from the 6th floor restaurant. Avoid floor 5 North at all costs - impossible to sleep.

The hotel is getting rather old.. the bathroom if clean and still OK are very much 80's style now...the bath is definitely clean but not nice! Some of the lamps in my room were too old, not functioning and creating a power cut everytime I was touching them ! The old lift music loud and everywhere in the hotel, mostly next to the rooms in the corridor, is definitely awful and not to be done ! It was so loud I could hear it from my bed and this is just annoying at 2am. Just stop that, nobody cares about awful music in corridors!! and start renovating!

The building is very good and the rooms are modern. the rooms are enjoyable with comfortable beds. - the rooms offer a panoramic view. - the location is excellent and unbeatable, close to Mercado Municipal Market.

The hotel has a lovely dining room and lounge on the top floor which has a panoramic view of the town. my room was quiet and comfortable.

I thought this hotel was a bit expensive for what it offered.

The staff, very nice, friendly and helpful people. The room was nice too.

The frigobar was locked...didn´t understand why and forgot to ask. The breakfast could be better.

The hotel offers a large bed in the double room and includes amenities like a safe box, central heating, and an iron. Its location is perfect and magnificent, situated close to shops, the bus station, the city center, and within a 4-6 minute walk from the Museo Regional de Magallanes.

Shower in the morning was cold, even after 15 minutes!

Convenient early check-in and on-site parking. the double room was equipped with central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. - the hotel is located in a beautiful and stunning area in Punta Arenas, near downtown, the main square, and National Park.

The hotel has a nice style and the staff was helpful and positive.
